The clauses that stay fixed
The terms draft covers acceptance, what the site is, accounts, acceptable use, content people submit, payments if you sell, ending access, a liability limit written as a draft, and a governing-law section that uses the country and region you enter. It does not pick a courthouse. A lawyer should.
Two questions change the page
If you say the site sells something, the payments section uses your refund window. If you say users submit content to an AI, the content section says that content is sent to the AI providers the scan found. Both answers are yours. The scan does not guess them.
