Agreement
These terms are a draft contract between TermsPack and a person who uses termspack.com. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
The service
TermsPack provides the website at termspack.com and the features described there. We may change or stop a feature. We do not promise that the site will be uninterrupted.
Accounts
If you create an account, you are responsible for the activity under it and for keeping the sign-in method private. Tell us if you believe someone else is using it.
Acceptable use
Do not break the law, probe or disrupt the service, send malware, or misuse another person's information through the site. We may suspend access that violates this section.
Your content
If you submit content, you give us permission to host it and to send it to the service providers named in the privacy policy so we can operate the site. You are responsible for having the rights to what you submit.
Payments
Paid features are billed by the payment service detected on the site, or by us through that service. Prices are shown before you pay. Refunds follow the refund policy. The current refund window we were given is 14 days.
Ending use
You may stop using the site at any time. We may suspend or close access if these terms are broken, or if we stop offering the site. You can ask us to delete an account by emailing the contact address below.
Disclaimers and liability
The site is provided as available. To the extent the law of United States allows, we exclude implied warranties and limit our liability for the site to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim, or fifty US dollars if you paid nothing. This draft does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.
Governing law
These terms are written for a business based in United States. This draft does not choose a specific court. A lawyer should set the governing law and venue for your situation.
