What this covers

TermsPack sells digital access or services on termspack.com. This policy describes how to ask for a refund. It is not a promise that a payment processor will approve an account.

How to ask

You may ask for a refund within 14 days of the charge. Email hello@termspack.com with the email on the receipt and the date of the charge. We will reply with a yes or a no and the reason.

Subscriptions

If a plan renews, you can cancel before the next renewal so a later period is not charged. Cancelling stops the next charge. It does not by itself refund a period that has already started, unless the window above is still open or the law requires a refund.

What we may refuse

We may refuse a refund asked for after the window, or where the law does not require one, including when a digital good has been fully delivered and you were told before paying that refunds are limited. We do not refuse a refund the law says you must receive.
