What visitors submit

We were told that visitors are not asked to submit content to an AI feature. If the product starts sending user content to a model, this page has to say so.

Training

TermsPack does not control whether a model provider trains on API data. That setting lives in the provider's account. This draft does not claim that a provider has turned training off. Check the provider's current terms and your own configuration.

No professional advice

Model output is not legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice. A human at the company should review anything the product presents as a decision about a person.

If the operator sets an optional language-model key, TermsPack may send vendor names and the short data-practice lines from our signature file to that model so it can rewrite one plain-English sentence per vendor. The legal clauses stay fixed template text. HTML fetched from a customer's site is not sent to that model.
