Who we are

TermsPack ("we") operates termspack.com. We are based in United States. This policy says what the public site does with personal information, based on a scan of termspack.com on October 20, 2026 and the details we were given.

The public site is designed to be hosted on Vercel. The scan itself runs in headless Chromium.

Scan and purchase records are stored in Supabase when that project is configured. If it is not configured, they stay on the server that is running the app.

Receipts and monitoring emails are sent with Resend when an API key is configured. Otherwise they are written to the server log.

Information you give us

If you create an account, write to us, or fill in a form, we collect the details you submit, such as your name, email address, and the contents of the message.

When you pay, the payment service named below collects billing details. We do not ask our own servers to store a full card number.

We were told that users are not asked to submit content to an AI feature. If an AI provider was detected, it may still be called by the site's own code.

Services that process data on this site

These are the services the scan could see from scripts, network requests, cookies, and browser storage. A key that lives only on a server does not appear here. The list is a floor, not a complete inventory of every subprocessors.

Stripe (Payments). Stripe is used to take payments, issue invoices, and screen transactions for fraud. It may process Card and bank details, billing name and email, transaction amounts, and fraud-prevention signals. Supabase (Auth and database). Supabase is used to store application data and sign users in. It may process Account emails, authentication tokens, and the rows your project stores in Postgres. Vercel Analytics (Analytics). Vercel Analytics is used to measure page views and performance on a Vercel deployment. It may process Page views, referrer, and web-vital timings collected by the Vercel Analytics script. The vendor describes the processing location as: United States (Vercel). Resend (Email). Resend is used to send transactional email. It may process Recipient email address, message content, and delivery status for mail you send. Cookies and similar storage

Some of those services set cookies or local storage. The names we observed, and the names those vendors document, are listed in the cookie policy.

How long we keep information

We keep account and correspondence records while we need them to run the site, and for a short period after that for security and disputes. Payment records follow the retention period of the payment service and any tax rule that applies to us. Analytics and advertising cookies follow the lifetimes those providers set.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, export, or delete personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@termspack.com. You can also control cookies in your browser. If you have an account, you can ask us to delete it. We may refuse a request we are allowed to refuse, and we will say why.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We will post updates on this page and change the date above. A weekly monitoring check, if you use one, only notices new scripts. It does not decide whether the policy is legally complete.
