About TermsPack

TermsPack is a launch checklist for the pages an app needs before it takes payments. You paste a live URL. A headless browser loads the site, and a signature file of 68 vendors decides which services to name.

The free result shows a score out of 100, the detected vendors, and the pages that are missing. The pack is $29 once and includes a privacy policy, terms of service, cookie policy, refund policy, and AI-use disclosure, as hosted pages and as a ZIP of Markdown and HTML. Monitoring is $9 a month. It re-scans weekly and emails you when a new vendor appears. Hosted pages change only after you confirm.

The scan sees scripts, network requests, cookies, local storage, and a handful of response headers. It follows up to five links on the same site and checks the usual policy paths. It does not see server environment variables. It is not a security scanner and it does not look for leaked keys or vulnerabilities.

Public result pages are noindex until the person who ran the scan claims the page, or the page clears a quality bar: at least three detected vendors and a score of 50 or higher, with no error. Every result page has a remove link.

Draft templates, pending legal review. The legal clauses are fixed template text. A model may rewrite only the plain-English vendor sentence, and only if that key is configured.
