For apps that are about to launch

Your AI built the app.It did not write the boring pages.

Paste a live URL. TermsPack reads the site, names the services it actually uses, and drafts a privacy policy, terms, cookie policy, refund policy, and AI-use disclosure with those vendors in the text.

No account. Not a security scanner. TermsPack generates templates from what we detect on your site. This is not legal advice and does not create an attorney–client relationship. Have a lawyer review documents for your situation.

How it works

Detect the stack. Draft the pages. Watch for drift.

  1. 01

    Detect

A headless browser loads your URL and up to five pages on the same site. Scripts, network calls, cookies, and storage keys are matched to a signature list of about 60 vendors.

  2. 02

    Draft

You add the company name, country, contact email, whether you sell anything, and whether people submit content to an AI. The pack names each detected vendor. The legal clauses are fixed template text.

  3. 03

    Watch

Monitoring re-scans once a week. If a new vendor appears, you get an email and the hosted pages stay as they are until you confirm the update.

Before / after

Termly asks you 40 questions. TermsPack reads the site.

Weekly re-scan when a new SDK shows up

A one-off document goes stale the day you add PostHog. A weekly re-scan is the difference. This is not a vulnerability scanner, and it does not look for API keys.

FAQ

Straight answers.

Is this legal advice?

No. TermsPack generates templates from what it detects on your site. This is not legal advice and does not create an attorney–client relationship. Have a lawyer review documents for your situation. The legal clauses are fixed template text. A model may rewrite only the plain-English vendor sentence, and only if that key is configured.

What does the scan look at?

A headless browser loads the URL and up to five links on the same site. It records script addresses, network requests, cookies, local storage keys, and a few response headers, then matches those signals to the signature list. It also checks the usual policy paths and whether a contact email is on the page. A paragraph that mentions a vendor is not a detection.

Is it a security scanner?

No. The scan does not read server environment variables. It does not look for leaked keys or vulnerabilities.

What do the prices include?

The scan is free: a score out of 100, the detected vendors, and the pages that are missing. The pack is $29 once: five hosted pages, Markdown, HTML, and a ZIP. Monitoring is $9 a month. It includes the pack, re-scans weekly, and emails you when a new vendor appears. Prices are not discounted.

Do the hosted pages change on their own?

No. If a later scan differs, the hosted pages stay as they are until you confirm the update.

Who can see the result?

Public result pages are noindex until you claim them, or until a public scan clears the quality bar: at least 3 vendors, a score of 50 or higher, and no error. Every result page has a remove link. You can keep a scan private.

What happens if I cancel monitoring?

Cancel in the customer portal. The last documents stay unlocked.
