A refund policy should say what you sell, how many days someone has to ask, where to send the request, and what happens to a subscription renewal. If the site does not sell anything, the draft says that instead of inventing a store.

Payment vendors detected on the scan, such as Stripe, Paddle, Lemon Squeezy, or Gumroad, are named so the page matches the checkout. Naming them does not mean they will approve your account.

Put it on the same site as checkout

Link the page from the footer. A policy that only exists in a PDF nobody can find does not help a buyer or a reviewer. The pack includes hosted HTML and a footer snippet.
