Say which model provider gets the prompt
If the browser calls api.openai.com, api.anthropic.com, generativelanguage.googleapis.com, api.groq.com, or another host in the signature list, the disclosure names that provider. It says whether you told us that visitors submit content, and it says you must check the provider's training setting yourself.
Output is not advice
The draft tells visitors that model output can be wrong and is not legal, medical, or financial advice. That sentence is template text. It does not make your product compliant with any sector rule.
